Letting Only Service for Edinburgh Landlords
We offer a tenant introduction only service where we can market your property and source tenants for you. This service is suited to those landlords who have the resources and time to manage their property and tenants themselves. The letting only package consists of the services outlined below. - Initial property inspection and rental valuation
- Advice on improvements to maximise rental
- Advice on current regulations and legislations
- Marketing of property through our online website, our office, as well as various letting sites we are registered with along with weekly mailing lists
- Accompanied viewings of property
- Referencing and credit checking interested prospective tenants
- We also offer additional services to landlords prior to tenant move in at extra charge such as: property cleaning, purchase of additional items such as furniture, repairs, decoration and maintenance
- Produce a full inventory of items in apartment along with condition to run through with the tenant at checkin
- Produce all tenancy agreements and legal documentation to be signed by both parties
- Collection of 1st months rent and deposit to be passed on to the landlord
